Website Lead Conversion
Don’t lose customers when they’re ready to contact you.

Research: 33% less time to complete a redesigned registration form in a controlled usability study.
THE RESEARCH
33%
less time to complete a redesigned registration form in a controlled usability study.
When someone is ready to get in touch, your form should help them finish—not make them work harder.
University of Basel-led research · ACM CHI · 2014
About the research
Researchers affiliated with the University of Basel, Google/YouTube and the University of Copenhagen compared original and improved versions of three newspaper registration forms. The controlled study involved 65 participants.
What they found
One improved form took an average of 70 seconds to complete, compared with 105 seconds for its original version—a 33% reduction. Completion-time improvements were statistically significant for two of the three forms.
What the number means
This measures completion time, not an increase in leads or a reduction in abandonment. The study involved registration tasks in a laboratory, so results should not be assumed to apply identically to every contact or booking form.

FAQS
Questions about calls, forms and booking
We start by reviewing your existing forms, booking tools and how inquiries reach your team. Then we confirm what can be improved within that setup before agreeing the scope.
Not necessarily. We look for ways to improve what you already have. If a different tool is worth considering, we’ll explain why and discuss the requirements before you commit.
Yes. We can review where form submissions and booking requests go, what information your team receives and where handoffs break down. Changes to routing or integrations are agreed around what your systems support.
We can assess whether call tracking would help connect phone inquiries to their marketing source. What can be tracked depends on your setup, and any tools or configuration are agreed before implementation.
