Web Design for Service Businesses
Your website should be one of your best salespeople.
Before a customer calls, books or asks for a quote, they're deciding whether your business feels like the right choice.
We design around that decision.
Clear positioning.
Make it obvious what you do and who it’s for.
Stronger trust.
Give customers confidence to choose you.
Less friction.
Remove barriers that stop people from acting.
Better paths to action.
Guide the right customers closer to contacting you.
Every page should help the right customer understand, trust or contact your business.

Your website should make the quality of your business easier to see—not harder to believe.
Stanford University / Consumer WebWatch · 2002
About the research
Stanford’s Persuasive Technology Lab studied how 2,684 people evaluated website credibility. Participants compared websites drawn from 100 sites across ten categories.
What they found
Visual design appeared in 46.1% of the 2,440 comments analyzed—the most frequently mentioned category.
What the number means
The percentage describes comments about credibility. It does not mean 46.1% of visitors will convert, or that appearance alone establishes trust.

FAQS
Questions about your new website
Yes. We can plan and build your first website around your services, customers and goals. You don’t need an existing website or a finished plan before getting in touch.
Start with your knowledge of the business: your services, customers and what makes you a good choice. We’ll review any existing branding, photos and content, then agree what you’ll provide and what CTG will create.
The number of pages, content requirements and features you need all affect cost and timing. We review those requirements with you before proposing the scope, price and timeline, so you can make an informed decision before work begins.
That depends on the platform and the updates you want to make. We discuss what you need to manage yourself before choosing the build approach, and agree any ongoing support separately.
Joseph leads the strategy and remains your main point of contact. Independent specialists contribute where your project needs additional expertise. Joseph coordinates and reviews their work, so you don’t have to manage separate providers.
